The other option is the basic four post rack which does not allow for turning it into a cabinet later.

The different size frames are based on the different sized server cabinets that are available. So if you're choosing to get just a frame for now for expansion later then you can pick from the following sizes listed.

Putting sides and top and rear or door capability will expand this into a server cabinet that can be closed and locked.
