Combination Flush Mount to the wall in a wall box or surface box or using a cheater box.
  • Combined 2 CATV F Video connector plus
    • 2 - Cat5e 8 Position RJ45 jacks
  • Plus the wall plate all combined as one unit.
  • The rear of the jack has 110 punch down block termination.
Punch down as you would a regular single jack but this combo gives you 4 for one with the wall plate. Plug in your cords and go.
