DSL Alarm Panel Filter - Z-BLOCKER
The Z-Blocker is a special purpose in-line filter designed to allow the successful operation and improve the
performance of Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) and Home Phone Network (tm) (HPN) services on lines
connected to an Alarm Panel. This model filters the alarm panel and is compatible with RJ-31X through RJ-38X jacks
(and equivalent Canadian jacks) supplied by a telephone or alarm services provider. The in-line filter design electronically
isolates the high speed DSL and HPN data streams from the voice ban modem built into the alarm panel.
This design effectiveliy blocks the ADSL, HPN and other radio frequencies from interfering with alarm operation. In
addition, it allow for the ADSL and HPN connections to continue operating even during the alram dialing process.
Isolate alram panel equipment impedance from the ADSL and HPN house wiring.
FCC CFR 47 Part68, UL 60950 and CSA 22.2 No.950 compliant and listed.
G Lite, V-90 and Metallic Loop Testing (MLT) compatible.
Minimize effects of alarm dialing to the ADSL modem.<.li>
