Nema 12 Dust free environment enclosure server cabinet rack is a Nema 12 compliant server rack 84 Inches high with air conditioning or without, dust free Nema-12 compliant server rack computer cabinet for Dust Free Environments.

Primarily used in areas with high levels of dust and dirt and airborne particles. Meets Nema-12 requirements for dust-free environment. Organize and secure 19" or 23" mounting equipment or shelf mount. Overall Depth 40" to organize and secure - Process control equipment, servers, UPS systems and battery backups. Has 3 Point latch, locking door.

Optional Flush Keyboard Compartment with lock.

MOUNTING SIZE:

0 = None
1 = 19" Mounting, (Most preferred)
2 = 23" Mounting rails
Without a mounting choice then the cabinet would be configured without mounting rails inside. Rails allow the installation of rail mounted equipment such as servers and routers etc. that screw to the rails. Either 19" apart or 23" apart. They are also field adjustable. If you have no rails then it will be an empty cabinet shell. You can also put in shelves which are listed at then end of this page.

Air Conditioning - Side Mounted Optional Unit

0 = None - base cabinet NO Air conditioner.
1= 2500 BTU Air Conditioner.
2 = 5000 BTU Air Conditioner.
More BTU Options Available... as high as 10,000 BTU. Air conditioning comes in several sizes. All the way up to 10,000 BTU. If you know the size you need and it is not listed here then email or call with the size you are requesting. Or choose one of the numbers above.

Optional A/C with 120 Volt supply, instead of the 220Volt Supply. Email us with you're request if you need one of these options. Different voltage supplies. Up to 10,000 BTU on this model cabinet.

FAN and FILTER SYSTEM OPTIONAL

Rear of cabinet either a perforated door or a Tempered Glass rear door. With latch and lock. Colors are only in BLACK..

You can choose how you would like the rear of the cabinet also. It can be either a Solid Steel Rear panel, A Glass rear or a Fan Filtered Rear.

3= Fan-Filtered Rear. (Fan is at top of rear door and filter is at the bottom)

If you are choosing air conditioning then you do not need a filtered rear.
Fan is 7" at 235 cfm. Filter is blow out to clean or washable. Air is pulled into the cabinet through the filter by the fan at the top creating the air circulation. (also see fan controllers)

SIDES OF CABINET - Cabinet color and options are all in black

Side of cabinet either one solid panel or 2 solid panels.
Colors are only in BLACK..

Side of the cabinet can be either 1 side or two. One side is usually used when cabinets are being grouped together, there would be one exterior side on each of the grouped cabinets. The other option is two sides. Sides are Solid panels.

3 Point Latch compression style lift & turn latch system w/lock for security.

Cable Gland Plate adjustable bottom plate to minimize dirt and dust entering the enclosure.

1 = One Side Solid (usually used when mounting cabinets side by side in a row. )
2 = Two Sides Solid (Most preferred)

If a side mount AC is requested then one side is used for the AC and the other is just a standard side. You can not mount a unit with an AC in a row where the cabinets are fixed together. The AC unit serves this cabinet only and not a group. Each cabinet will have it's own AC if you are choosing multiple cabinets.

POWER STRIPS

There are several Power Strip Choices as listed below.

There are various power strip choices, or you can choose none at all. Most of the descriptions below for the power strips are self explanatory. There are Surge Suppressor choices of strips without the Surge Suppression. Rack mount means if mounts to the 19" rails in the rack.

0 = None,
2 = 4Ft. 14 Outlet Surge Suppressor with 10 Cord 15 Amp.
3 = 2Ft. 8 Outlet 15 Amp with 15' Cord.
4 = 19" Rack Mount 6 Outlet (Rear) 15 Amp with 15' Cord.
5 = 19" Rack Mount 6 Outlet (Rear) Surge Suppressor 15 Amp with 15' Cord.
6 = 4 Ft. 14 Outlet Surge Suppressor with 10' Cord 20 Amp.
7 = 2 Ft. 8 Outlet 20 Amp 10' Cord.
8 = 66" 20 Outlet Surge Suppressor 20 Amp 10' Cord.

2) Select the proper shelf that fits the depth of the rack as listed below.

24" and 28" deep racks use the 24" deep shelf or smaller.
32 " deep racks use 30" deep or smaller depth shelves.
